 These are the last games of the year where we raise our tent which are held at the Anne Arundel County Fairgrounds on the second Saturday of October. There's lots of rolling hills to wander about, and various competitions throughout the day, including highland dancing, pipers, heavy athletics, and a tug-o-war between the County Police and Fire Departments. Of course, the children will delight in seeing the various breeds of Scottish dogs, highland cattle, Clydesdale horses and sheepdogs, and are sure to want to try their hands at the "Wellie-Toss". There is musical entertainment throughout the day by various Celtic musicians for you to enjoy, and a large number of Clan and Society tents to visit. You'll find plenty of traditional Scottish food vendors as well as assorted Celtic gifts and crafts.
