Frederick Celtic Festival It's a small but growing Festival, held at the Urbana Fairgrounds in Urbana, MD, south of Frederick along Rte. 355.. You'll see highland dancing, pipe bands, enjoy harp and fiddle music, living history demonstrations, and storytelling for the children.
